Terms of Service
Please review our standard operational parameters, client consent requirements, reporting disclaimers, and legal jurisdictions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Maya Global Services Pvt. Ltd. (MGS) or using our digital verification dashboards, our client financial institutions, banks, business partners, and associated users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with any project-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or master services agreements signed separately.
2. Scope of Services
MGS provides professional third-party field investigation, customer physical profile verification, address mapping, geocoding validation, risk assessment support, and digital reporting. We execute requests strictly based on orders placed by our clients. We do not make credit, hiring, or underwriting decisions; our role is strictly limited to capturing and providing factual site-based evidence.
3. Customer Consent
Client financial institutions are solely responsible for obtaining explicit, legally binding consent from their end-customers (loan applicants, merchants, card applicants) prior to placing a verification order with MGS. The client guarantees that MGS and its field executives have the lawful authority to visit the target locations and capture necessary proof (including photographs, location details, and documents) for verification purposes.
4. Reporting Disclaimers
All verification reports, photographs, and logs provided by MGS represent findings captured at the exact date and time of the physical field visit. While we employ rigorous quality controller audits to ensure maximum accuracy, we make no warranties regarding changes in customer status, residential occupancy, or business operations occurring after the verification date.
5. Limitation of Liability
MGS shall not be liable for any financial losses, bad loan portfolios, credit defaults, or corporate damages incurred by the client based on credit decisions made after reading our reports. The client acknowledges that verification is one of multiple indicators in underwriting, and MGS offers no guarantee of loan recovery or financial customer performance.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms, our services, and all contractual disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. All legal proceedings must be initiated strictly within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
