MGS serves as an outsourced data processor for our client financial institutions (banks, NBFCs, and fintech companies). All data processing is done under strictly defined service agreements and regulatory guidelines.
2. Data Collection
To fulfill verification requests, we collect the following categories of information under explicit client authorization:
- Identity Details: Full Name, Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or other official government-issued identifiers.
- Contact & Address: Residential address, commercial address, phone numbers, and email addresses.
- Financial Profile: Bank statement copies, salary statements, GST filings, and employment or business documentation.
- Photographic Evidence: Site photographs, property images, and business storefront images captured by our verified field executives.
3. Data Retention & Usage
Maya Global Services does not permanently store any client's data. All collected information, verification logs, and associated records are temporarily stored on our secure servers and are automatically and permanently deleted after a period of 3 months.
The information we collect is strictly used to compile verification and risk management reports for the requesting financial institution. We do NOT:
- Share, lease, sell, or disclose personal verification data to third-party marketing companies.
- Use the data for personal profit, target profiling, or secondary commercial purposes.
4. Security Standards
MGS employs bank-grade security protocols to prevent data loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure during the 3-month retention window:
- AES-256 Encryption: Data stored on our servers is protected using advanced encryption standards.
- Secure Mobile App: Our field executives capture and upload photographic and textual evidence through a secure, encrypted mobile app with no local storage capability on the device itself.
- Centralized Access Control: Strict role-based login permissions limit access to authorized quality controllers and auditors.
5. RBI Compliance
We comply fully with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) outsourcing guidelines for financial institutions. We implement comprehensive audit trails, maintain data localization requirements inside India, and coordinate regular third-party security audits to ensure compliance and integrity.
